This pad is designed for mini-horses and small ponies.  The average girth size is around 48" total but is adjustable.  The stirrup length is set for the typical child under 10 with a 24" inseam, but once again it is adjustable as well.  If you want to contact us before you purchase we can take your measurements and build accordingly.
